To deliver reliable cloud hosting services, protect platform security, and fulfill legal requirements, we collect limited technical and user information:

  • Visitor & Technical Log Information: Your IP address, request timestamps, browser type, HTTP headers, and system logs captured during file uploads and downloads for security auditing, fraud prevention, and statutory compliance.
  • Account & Registration Details: Voluntary account credentials including registered email address, username, and password hashes created via salted bcrypt cryptographic hashing algorithms. Plaintext passwords are never stored.
  • Google OAuth Authentication: When logging in via Google OAuth, we only access your Google ID and verified primary email address. We do not access passwords or other personal Google account assets.
  • Uploaded File Metadata: Object metadata such as original filename, file size, MIME type, upload date, and download logs. Hosted files are not accessed or indexed for unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Security, Storage & Infrastructure Standards

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards to ensure absolute data confidentiality and integrity:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Hosted files and metadata are stored on Cloudflare R2 high-durability object storage infrastructure with global redundancy.
  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All network traffic and file transfers are encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols.
  • Threat Mitigation: Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA are active to protect against bot attacks, DDoS vectors, and malicious scanning.
  • Access Controls: Password-protected file links ensure that unauthorized third parties, including system administrators, cannot view content without the user-defined key.

4. Sharing Information & Third-Party Advertising

Your personal files, private content, and account data are NEVER sold, traded, rented, or monetized with third parties under any circumstances.

However, to support our free web application, we partner with trusted third-party advertising vendors (such as Google AdSense) to display advertisements on our website. Third-party vendors may use non-personally identifiable technical information (such as device types, browser information, and interaction data) to serve relevant advertisements. We may also disclose data if required by applicable law, court orders, or law enforcement inquiries.
